I just wanted to pass along how impressed we were with the job performed by Anthony on our carpet and tile this past weekend. I was not too optimistic about how well the tile grout would clean up after years of wear and no sealant. I think that I want to have that service performed on a number of the restrooms in my buildings and will be contacting you shortly to schedule.

I would like to say a few words about my experiences with the Steam Team. I have always been pleased with the service I receive, but recently. One employee has shown, and proven to me, to be an asset for the Steam Team.
From the time Mario came to my home he took time to explain what he would be doing and did the most through job that I have ever seen.
When my neighbors asked me about the service, and wanted their carpets done, I did not hesitate to recommend Mario, and he did two more homes in the neighborhood. They also were very impressed with the work and customer service they received from Mario.
Mario's clean cut appearance, excellent communication skills, his professional work , and lets not forget his award winning Steam Team smile, is why you guys are number one with me in customer service and workmanship.
In the future, when anyone mentions carpet cleaning, I will tell them of the Steam Team and of the tech named Mario.
My husband and I returned from a year in West Texas and found, to our complete and utter shock and horror, that our cherished home had been trashed by our tenants. The situation was so bad that we were unable to even move in on our target date, as the whole house had to be thoroughly and completely cleaned before we could sleep there. The whole thing was a disaster, particularly given that we were high-tech folks who had been out of work for two years, and were living on my husband's retirement, which was rapidly shrinking in size and value.
When I called The Steam Team that first day, which was supposed to be our move-in day, I was so upset and beside myself with anger and shock and frustration, I was bursting, and your staff did everything they possibly could to make things easier for me. In addition to sending the carpet cleaners that very afternoon, they gave me a break on the price, recognizing my name as a regular customer from pre-West Texas days, recommended an extraordinary maid service, and sympathized with me at length and in the kindest and most sincere manner imaginable during the periods of my intense stress ... the whole company seemed like friends to my husband and me.
The Steam Team continued to come to our home regularly to clean the carpets until all the bad stains came out; they DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA for this repeat service! This impressed us hugely. When they were done, our carpets looked like new, and it made us feel SO MUCH BETTER, as if The Steam Team had helped us reclaim some of our beautiful home intact. On the basis of this exceptional service, my husband and I regularly refer friends, colleagues and neighbors to The Steam Team, and consider ourselves fortunate and blessed that we called this company first!

I would like to commend you and your employees for the outstanding work performed after the hailstorm at the Southbend Center. You were up against a very difficult task, with more than 40,000 square feet of damaged roof and extremely distraught tenants. Day after day, your team combated the continuous heavy rains.
The Steam Team worked directly with our tenants, satisfying their daily needs, minimizing complaints and taking care of matters before they escalated into problems. Many long hours were spent and every effort was made to keep each tenant's space dry and usable. This allowed our tenants to continue business as usual, and prevented them from having to close their doors.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and leadership of your job site foreman. The entire team helped make my job much easier. On behalf of Byram Properties, thank you for an excellent job.

Recently, our washing machine flooded and ruined all of our new carpet. The water was flowing for nearly two hours, and not a room in the house was untouched. Needless to say, I was freaked. We called The Steam Team, and that is why I am writing this letter. The Steam Team was at our house within 40 minutes of the call. They had all of the wet carpet removed and the drying machines were set up within an hour of arriving. I cannot tell you how much money that saved my insurance company.

I wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciated your service in our time of crisis. Our water heater blew a hole and flooded the downstairs onto our new carpet. Needless to say, it was extremely traumatic. We had already called a service, but they had yet to arrive when the plumber suggested The Steam Team and we made the call. The first service had arrived, but they seemed so unprofessional that we sent them away. I am so glad we did. When The Steam Team arrived, I immediately felt better. I had never used The Steam Team before, but I certainly will again! It had been almost a year since I had my carpets cleaned. Two small children and one long-haired cat later, my carpets were disgusting. I honestly thought they were beyond help. But your team did an AMAZING job! I don't think they have ever looked better. With a brand new baby crawler in the house it is more important than ever to have clean carpets. THANK YOU for a job very well done.
